2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 326/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., all the named accused persons including these petitioners assaulted informant and his two sons with iron rod and lathi as a result of which all the them sustained multiple injuries. Doctor has found the injuries caused by these petitioners to be simple in nature.
4. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55606 of 2024(3) dt.10-01-2025 2/2 opposed the bail application.
5. Considering the simple nature of injuries, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bikram P. S. Case No. 477 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
