The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 80 of 2022 (G.R. Case No. 1173 of 2022), dated 10.03.2022, instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. One country made pistol with two live cartridges and Rs. 8,000/- is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2022. It has been submitted on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47328 of 2022(2) dt.22-12-2022 2/2 petitioner that in all the cases in which he was earlier made accused, reference of which have been given in paragraph 3 of the bail application, he has been granted bail.

Regard being had to the period of custody of the petitioner, he/Ram Vishwas Yadav @ Ram Vishwas Rai @ Aryan Kumar is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran/Court concerned in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 80 of 2022 (G.R. Case No. 1173 of 2022).

The application stands allowed.
