This criminal revision application is directed against the order dated 13.08.2015 passed in Divorce Case No.19 of 2013/26 of 2014, by which and whereunder the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ara, rejected the petition dated 18.04.2015 filed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act by the petitioner for interim maintenance against the opposite party no.2, during the pendency of the aforesaid Divorce Case.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.762 of 2015(3) dt.21-06-2019 2/2 petitioner and the opposite party no.2 are wife and husband and, now, the dispute has been settled in between them and both are leading their conjugal life happily, as such, the petitioner does not want to press this application.
In that view of the matter learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is accorded.
This application is dismissed as withdrawn.
