Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 122 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 354B and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous rivalry. There is case and counter case between the parties. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 20.05.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43679 of 2019(3) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, I, Supaul in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 122 of 2019.
