The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 571 of 2013 arising out of Deoria P.S. Case No. 100 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 307, 328, 420, 302 and 120B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court on 24th January, 2014 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order.

Having regard to the observation made in the aforesaid order dated 24th January, 2014, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge4th, Muzaffarpur in Sessions Trial No. 571 of 2013 arising out of Deoria P.S. Case No. 100 of 2012.
