JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-09-2018 On perusal of the order dated 28.07.2014, violation of which is being complained in the present contempt application, I find that the direction to the respondents was to consider the
Patna High Court MJC No.1105 of 2016(6) dt.12-09-2018 2/2 case of the petitioners in the fresh process of selection to be held. The earlier selection process was held by this Court to be vitiated out of certain irregularities. This is not disputed that the cases of the petitioners were considered and they were appointed also but subsequently their appointments have been cancelled by the appellate authority.
This Court's order thus, stands complied with, once the petitioners' cases were considered by the competent body. No case of contempt is made out.
This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
