The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 420, 426/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners and 40-50 unknown, variously armed, demolished the boundary wall of the informant through J.C.B. machine and threatened him with dire consequences.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that due to land dispute between the parties, petitioners have been falsely

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Industrial Area P.S.
