2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:

"1. That this an application for commanding the respondents authorities by way of issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction:- (i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ for a direction

Patna High Court CWJC No.2668 of 2021 dt.22-12-2021 2/3 to the respondents, particularly respondent no. 1 to 5 to implement the decision of the District Compassionate Appointment Committee, Madhubani dated 29.03.2017 whereby and whereunder the District Compassionate Appointment Committee, Madhubani has recommended the petitioner to be appointed on the Group-C post in Grade 1900 against the vacancies available in Animal Husbandry Department.

(ii) For issuance of writ of any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, command/commands, direction/directions which your lordships may deem fit and proper."

3. Short question for consideration is whether petitioner is entitled to be appointed against one of the post of Group-C against the vacancies available in the Animal Husbandry Department or not?

4. The Committee is stated to have recommended petitioner's name on 29.03.2017. The concerned respondent has not taken decision despite the petitioner's three representation dated 12.07.2018, 05.03.2019 and 05.09.2019 (Annexure-7, 8 and 9 respectively).

5. The concerned respondent is hereby directed to pass speaking order while considering the recommendation

5. With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
