JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and there is specific allegation against him that he used to make illegal demand and torture the deceased. The deceased died due to burn injuries within the four wall of the house of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 21/2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 351/14 pending in the court of learned A.D.J. IV Katihar stands rejected.

However, the learned Trial Court is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51210 of 2014 (3) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
