1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(A) A writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ / writs, order / orders, for quashing the order dated 17.05.2021 issued vide Memo 706 by the Deputy Development Commissioner (D.R.D.A.) Gopalganj (Respondent No. 3) whereby and whereunder the employment of petitioner has been cancelled, who was posted as Gramin Awas Sahayak, in Baikunthpur Block. (Annexure-4).

To direct the respondent authority to disposal of the Misc. Appeal No.07 of 2021 which was filed by the Petitioner before the learned court of District Collector cum District Magistrate, Gopalganj.

II. To direct the respondent authority to appoint the petitioner on the post of Gramin Awas Sahayak, in Baikunthpur Block, District - Gopalganj."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondents has pointed out that the petitioner has filed one Miscellaneous Appeal No.07 of 2021, before the Collector, Gopalganj, which is still pending, hence a direction can be issued to dispose off the same.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate, Gopalganj to dispose off the aforesaid appeal, filed by the petitioner, in case the same has not yet been disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
