Petitioner is in jail custody since 31.08.2014 on the accusation that one stolen LED TV was recovered from his conscious possession but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that he as well as Shibu Singh being labourers were carrying LED TV at the direction of one Manoj Kumar. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Prabal Datta, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna/ concerned court in Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case no. 306/2014.
