ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Gaya (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.264 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., his name has surfaced on the confessional statement made before the police by his brother.
