1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this petition is being filed for direction to the concerned respondent to remove encroachment by way of installation of B.S.N.L. Tower being constructed by the Respondent no.5 over the Raiyati Land of the petitioner illegally and forcefully and further for imposing fine for the damage caused due to erection."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.
