In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No.126 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 149, 447, 427 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 33 of the Indian Forest Act.
The matter relates to cutting of two green trees, as it appears that a case was filed by the Circle Officer, making the petitioner as an accused in that case.
I have perused the case diary.
Looking to the facts and circumstance of the case,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26511 of 2017 (4) dt.17-08-2017 2/2 let the above-named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Gopalganj, in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No.126 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
