JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-08-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ commanding the respondents, particularly the respondent no. 5 to remove the encroachment from the lands of private respondent no. 6 to 17, over the Khatiyani land of the petitioners.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ commanding the respondents, particularly the respondent no. 3 to ensure that no intruders may be allowed to interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioners over their Khatiyani land."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3913 of 2021(2) dt.26-08-2022 3/3 petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
