Petitioners are in jail custody since 23-10-2014 in a case registered under Section-273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(A) of the Excise Act.

According to first information report itself, petitioners were carrying country-made liquor by tempo and when they were caught by the police, they disclosed the name of owner of the aforesaid liquor.

Accordingly, the petitioners named-above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Basnahi P.S. Case No. 94 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri Vivekanand Prasad, J.M.-Ist Class, Saharsa.
