Learned counsel for the petitioners are expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 386, 504, 506, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of threatening, harassment and demand of ransom of Rs. 25,00,000/- (Rupees twenty five lacs) and due to which non-fulfillment of ransom demand, the petitioners alongwith the others abducted to the informant minor girl aged about 15 years maybe abducted. Petitioners assaulted the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58104 of 2021(2) dt.27-04-2022 2/2 informant side and threatened to execute the sale deed of the land which belongs to the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are falsely been implicated in this case ransom demand made by the accused persons was not executed. This case has been filed in repercussion of this fact that elder daughter of informant namely Chandni Kumari solemnized marriage with the petitioner no. 2, Suman Kumar Manjhi. After considering the fact and circumstances of the case, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners are allowed.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Purnea in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 141/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Ranjeet/- U T
