The present writ application has been filed for the purpose of re-investigation in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 756 of 2019 dated 31.12.2020 lodged under Sections 304(b)/ 201/ 34 of the I.P.C.

Counsel for State submits that this case may be disposed off in the light of order passed in Surendra Singh Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. in Cr. WJC. No. 153 of 2017 and analogous cases decided on 09.09.2022.

The State of Bihar & Ors. in Cr. WJC. No. 153 of 2017 with analogous cases decide on 09.09.2022 within four weeks' from today and the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur shall consider the representation and take appropriate action.
