KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-03-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application has been filed by the petitioners for modification of order dated 21.10.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26095 of 2020, whereby petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail. One of the conditions therein was that he should surrender within four weeks from the date of the order. However, it is submitted that the petitioners, due to the reasons mentioned in this application, could not surrender within the aforesaid period, and thus, petitioners seek extension of the time for surrender. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.
