1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The case was placed under the heading 'For Orders (On Office Note)' for the reason of the defects pointed out in the stamp report not having been removed by the petitioner.

3. The instant application has been filed for the following reliefs :- "1. (A) A writ in the nature of mandamus or any appropriate writ, order/s direction commanding the respondents for the following reliefs:- (i) To set aside A the Memo No.XXX107/13-1174/ Stha. Dated 05-05-2015 (contained in Annexure-5 of this writ petition) passed and issued by the Respondent No.3 (Collector, Patna)

Patna High Court CWJC No.2702 of 2021(6) dt.25-09-2025 2/2 by which the petitioner was put under Voluntary Retirement.

(ii) To allow the petitioner to work on his original post i.e. Clerk, Block Office, Maner. (B) To any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled in law."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant application was filed at the time of COVID-19 pandemic and the main/affidavited copy of the writ petition having been misplaced, he seeks permission to withdraw this application to file a fresh application for the same and similar reliefs as prayed for in the instant application.

5. Without going into the merits of the case of the petitioner and in view of the above submissions made, the application stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
