The petitioners seek bail in Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 39 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 and 120B/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been arrested merely on suspicion.

It is alleged in the written report that father of the informant had gone to meet his daughter in village Begambad and he did not return. It is further alleged that in the morning at 7:00 a.m. the dead body of his father was found lying near Jauwa Santhali Tola. The informant has raised suspicion in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43888 of 2019(2) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 written report on the basis that villagers Bidyanand Sah and Chandan Sah told the informant that his father was seen with petitioners and other accused persons.

Petitioners are in custody since 17.2.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Katihar, in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 39 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioners.
