JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-04-2021 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent State bank of India, Takiya Branch, Sasram, Rohtas to pay the maturity amount of fixed deposit known as S.T.D.R. bearing receipt no. 302433 dated 22.06.1999 for a sum of Rs. 40,000/-, maturity amount whereof is stated to be a sum of Rs. 54,586/-.

After some argument, realizing that the present writ petition is not maintainable, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move either the Consumer Forum having competent jurisdiction or the Banking Ombudsman, for redressal of the grievances of the petitioner.
