2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 77 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, in the night, the informant got up to attend the call of nature and went out from his house upon which the informant saw that his tractor was missing.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. His name has been figured on the confessional

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XIIIcum-Special Judge, Excise-I, Gopalganj in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 77 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(ii) The learned court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner after accepting the bail bond and if it found that he is involved in any other case of similar nature his bail bond shall be cancelled. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
