2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379 and 34 registered in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 605 of 2011.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the backdrop of the land dispute with Rajendra Mahto. It is further submitted that there is inordinate delay of more than a month in instituting the first information report on 22.11.2011 for the alleged occurrence of 06.10.2011.
4. This Court, however, takes note that the present anticipatory bail petition has been filed in the year 2018 in respect of the FIR which has been instituted as far back as in the year 2011. The petitioner has not offered any satisfactory explanation for the delay and there is no immediate apprehension of his arrest. As such, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
