JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-07-2019 This application, under Section 439(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code, has been filed by the petitioner for cancellation of bail of the opposite parties no. 2 and 3, which was allowed by the Court of the learned Sessions Judge, Katihar, in connection with Katihar Sadar P.S. Case No. 205 of 2019 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. On perusal of the order, dated 29.05.2019, passed in A.B.P. No. 546 of 2019, whereby opposite parties 2 and 3 were allowed bail, I find no reason to cancel the bail of the opposite parties no. 2 and 3.

This application is dismissed.
