No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but in the present case except supervision note of Deputy Police Officer, there is nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-I Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S.Case No. 35 of 2009.
