The petitioner is in jail custody since 04-09-2014 in a case registered under Section-376 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is that he sexually exploited the informant on false promise of marriage. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the mother of the petitioner had filed an informatory petition before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara against the family members of the informant of this case and that is the reason of false implication of the petitioner in the alleged crime. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner, namedabove, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in
