The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 751 of 2014 registered under Sections 406, 466, 467, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. There is specific allegation against co-accused Ajay Singh. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52283 of 2017 (4) dt.19-12-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 751 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
