JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 29-08-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will confine his prayer to the impugned order dated 27.06.2018. Since by the said order, the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger has directed for payment of interim maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C., in view of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in the case of Md. Akil Ahmad vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. Reported in 2016 (4) PLJR 968, learned counsel is permitted to convert this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

Let it be done within three weeks from today. Thereafter the stamp reporting shall be done and after removal of defects, the matter will be placed before an appropriate Bench as per roster.
