JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2020 This application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to opposite party nos. 2 by learned Sessions Judge, Begusarai vide order dated 26.04.2019 passed in A.B.P. No. 802 of 2019 in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 17/2019.

Ground taken by the petitioner for cancellation of anticipatory bail of opposite party no. 2 is that on the basis of forged genealogical table, opposite party no. 2 has sold the land of petitioner, however, the learned Sessions Judge has not consider the same and has granted anticipatory bail to opposite party no. 2.

Heard learned A.P.P. and perused the impugned order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52379 of 2019(7) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 as well as case diary and in para 8, 9 and 10 of the case diary, witnesses have not supported the case of petitioner rather, they have categorically stated that in order to harass opposite party no. 2, petitioner has filed false case.

Considering the above facts, I do not find any merit in the present application, same is accordingly dismissed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunilkumar/- U T
