2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pirabahore P.S. Case No. 83 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 201, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegedly, the accused persons having conspired, got forge registered with regard to the land in question and hence, grabbing the said land on the basis of forged registry, they started to sell to the other persons.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on exactly similar footing, other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 14455 of 2023. The petitioner is a lady and she has no criminal antecedent. Her husband
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57156 of 2023(3) dt.06-12-2023 2/2 Md. Imtyazuddin has also been granted anticipatory bail in the above-noted criminal miscellaneous.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-XIV, Patna in connection with Pirabahore P.S. Case No. 83 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
