The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4/5 of Explosive Substances Act.

The police officials alleged that the petitioners threw bomb on the police party and they were apprehended. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no body was injured and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners only a sickle was recovered from the possession of Pragash Majhi. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedents and they are in jail since 25.07.2014. Considering the aforesaid facts, and the fact that
