2. A copy of the counter affidavit has been served upon the learned Advocate for the petitioner, just in a while.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner referring to the averments made in the counter affidavit has thus submitted that despite the fact that the calculation has been made and an amount of Rs.7,03,277/- is found admissible under the head of GPF and GIS, but till date the same has not been paid.

4. It is categorically averred in the counter affidavit that on the basis of the calculation, the headquarter vide its letter

Patna High Court CWJC No.11112 of 2024 dt.23-04-2025 2/2 no. 2361 (anu) dated 05.10.2024 requested the concerned respondents to provide an allotment of Rs.7,03,277/- so that the admissible amount may be paid. The copy of the letter has been placed on record as Annexure- B to the counter affidavit.

Considering the averments made in the counter affidavit, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the concerned respondents, including Executive Engineer, Building Construction Department, Nawada to ensure payment of aforenoted admissible amount preferably within a period of twelve weeks from today.

6. In case of any delay in extending the payment of admissible amount, which is due since 31.01.2020, the petitioner shall be entitled to interest at the rate of 6% per annum over the delayed payment, which shall be realized from the erring officials.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.
