JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-11-2017 Heard the parties. This application has been filed for cancellation of bail which was granted vide order dated 07.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14927/2017.

Submission of the learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 has suppressed the material before this Court, however, on the query by this Court as to whether he has lodged any case after release of the petitioner on bail, he could not answer the same. So far

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49827 of 2017 (2) dt.08-11-2017 2/2 other fact is concerned, the petitioner has been granted bail on merit and there is nothing to show to misuse the privilege of bail. In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. Prayer for cancellation of bail is rejected.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
