By order dated 21.02.2019, this matter was referred for mediation. The mediation report has been received and is kept at Flag-M. Perusal of the report shows that the dispute between the parties have been settled amicably on certain terms mentioned in the report. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has already paid the agreed amount. Learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no. 2 does not dispute the same.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the
