2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 341, 498A & 313/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. In compliance of the order dated 20.12.2023, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit. In para-3 of the said supplementary affidavit, it is clearly stated that when the petitioner went to take back his wife (opposite party no.2), she refused to come back with him and the opposite party no.2 and her mother used filthy languages against him in spite of the

4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the conduct of the opposite party no.2, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No.268 (C) of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
