The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 323, 307, 384, 406, 420, 498(A), 506 of the IPC and 3⁄4 of D.P. Act.

The matter was sent to the Mediation Centre vide order dated 16.08.2023.

In compliance thereof, mediation has been completed and the mediation report is kept at flag 'A'.

I perused the mediation report dated 22.09.2023. The dispute between the parties has been resolved through the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49676 of 2023(4) dt.11-12-2023 2/2 process of mediation and the terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by the parties is enclosed with the mediation report. 6.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No.2634/2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. 7.

However, petitioner is directed to comply the terms of the agreement and if he fails to comply the terms and conditions of the agreement, the O.P. No.2 is at liberty to file for cancellation of bail of the petitioner.
