Although the petitioner questions oral order of termination dated 14.10.2008 relying upon a recruitment order dated 31.8.1997 to submit that the petitioner has been arbitrarily removed from service but in view of the position explained at Annexure-A to the counter affidavit read alongside the period of work discharged by the petitioner vide Annexure-2/1, no enforceable right accrues to the petitioner for maintaining the writ petition.
