Petitioner seeks bail in Pasraha P.S. Case No.59 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a)/38(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that on the date of occurrence police recovered total 810 litres foreign liquor from the pickup Van and 18 litres foreign liquor from the motorcycle, which was being driven by this petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
