The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 29 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379, 448, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he pulled the leg of the informant, resulting, he fell down thereafter other co-accused committed the overt act.

Submission is of false implication and no offence under Section 307 and 379 of the I.P.C. is made out against the petitioner. The petitioner has been made victim of the circumstances. The petitioner is not responsible for causing any

The learned A.P.P. fairly submits that against the petitioner there is no allegation for causing any injury. In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 29 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J.) Rajiv/- U T
