JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2015 Petitioners are languishing in custody since 06.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that petitioners and nine others assaulted the niece of the informant made obstruction in taking her to hospital when she succumbed to the injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that postmortem report reflects no external or internal injury when the viscera has been preserved. Considering the fact that postmortem report does not corroborate the accusation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
