The petitioner seeks bail in Supaul P.S. Case No. 775 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., the petitioner obtained appointment on the forged and fabricated certificate(s).

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that in this case, chargesheet has already been submitted. There is no allegation of tampering with the evidence against the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 25.03.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
