The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present case is squarely covered by a judgment dated 06.07.2012 passed in CWJC no. 11428 of 2012, hence the case of the petitioners be remanded to the Director, Secondary Education, Bihar, Patna for granting them appropriate reliefs.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2111 of 2016 dt.25-09-2018 2/2 however it would be in the interest of justice if the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the respondent no. 2 within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no. 2 shall pass a fresh order after hearing the petitioner herein considering the order dated 06.07.2012 passed in CWJC no. 11428 of 2012, without being prejudiced by the order dated 15.06.2015 passed by him earlier. 3.
