Petitioner is in jail custody since 29.07.2014 in a case registered under section 387 of the IPC.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it came to light that petitioner had prepared forged document for obtaining sim which was used in committing crime.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghatti District Gaya in Sherghatti P.S. Case no. 185/2014.
