The petitioner is in custody in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 518 of 2013 for the offence under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he has not handed over the charge of Panchayat Secretary to the present Panchayat Secretary and as such the accounting of money has not been properly done.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 31.03.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-
