In the aforesaid view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that she would not press this application at this stage, it may be disposed off with liberty to the petitioners
Patna High Court MJC No.2508 of 2012 (41) dt.26-10-2018 2/2 to approach this Court, if so required, after disposal of the Special Leave Petition.
In view of the above, let this contempt application be disposed off as not pressed for the present, but with liberty to the petitioners to file an appropriate application if so required in future after disposal of the Special Leave Petition pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
