Taking into consideration that the petitioner is in jail custody since 09-06-2014 on the accusation that intoxicated tablet and one mobile were recovered from possession of the petitioner and furthermore, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 03 of 2014 arising out of Samastipur Rail P.S. Case No. 44 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Samastipur. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
