====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2019 This case has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that vide order dated 31.01.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from the date of the aforesaid order, were directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-V, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Khagaul P.S.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63655 of 2018(4) dt.20-02-2019 2/2 Case No.138 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C., but in the cause title of the aforesaid order, due to typographical error, some mistakes occurred as detailed in the mentioning slip.
Accordingly, let in cause title of the petitioner no.1 in the aforesaid order dated 31.01.2019, "GF/23/C" be read as "GF/20/C" and in the cause title of the petitioner no.2 in the aforesaid order dated 31.01.2019, the name of the petitioner no.2 be read as "Bibhuti Kumar Verma" in place of "Bibuti Kumar Verma" and the address of the company be read as "GF/20/C" in place of "CK/20/C".
The order dated 31.01.2019 passed by this Court is modified accordingly.
