1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.
2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondents not to disturb the present status of the petitioner, who is working as Incharge Headmaster of the school.
3. Learned Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner, without approaching the District Appellate Authority, Katihar, has approached this Court.
4. In view of the fact that the petitioner has directly approached this Court without approaching the District Appellate Authority, Katihar, this writ application is
Patna High Court CWJC No.16902 of 2019(3) dt.05-01-2024 2/2 disposed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Appellate Authority, Katihar, for redressal of his grievance.
5. It is made clear that if an appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, along with a petition for condonation of delay, the District Appellate Authority shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.
