The petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.07.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 328, 337, 353, 307, 124A of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act, 3/4 of Explosive Substances Act and 17 of Criminal Law Amendment Act. Md. Shahood Akhtar Ansari, S.H.O. of Madanpur Police Station, alleged that about thousand persons surrounded the Police Station, pelted stones, blocked the road and also used explosives.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is not specific when co-accused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1439 of 2015 (02) dt.15-01-2015 2/2 Sushil Prasad has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 51994 of 2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 136 of 2014.
